A wet basement can come from a dozen different sources, and we trace yours back to the real cause before recommending any fix.
We've walked into plenty of Potomac, MD basements where two or three prior repairs each addressed a different symptom without solving the underlying combination of causes. Diagnosing the full picture first is what actually breaks that cycle.
We check walls, floor, grading, gutters, and window wells before recommending a repair, not just the spot where you noticed water.
Our technicians know the common wet-basement patterns specific to Potomac, MD construction styles and soil conditions.
We break down each component of the fix so you understand what you're paying for and why it's included.
That range means the diagnosis drives the fix, not which single service a narrower contractor happens to offer.
Every Potomac, MD Wet Basement Repair job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
A written diagnostic summary explains what we found and why we're recommending a specific repair combination.

We explain the reasoning behind each recommendation so the plan makes sense, not just a list of line items.
